Welcome to Bandhu. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bandhu platform and services provided by AdzDrio India Services ("AdzDrio", "we", "us", or "our").

By engaging our services or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Bandhu is a business coordination and consultancy platform. We provide support for business setup, finance, accounting, advisory, payment solutions, global business services, and legal coordination.

Nature of Services: Our role is that of a consultant and coordinator. We bridge the gap between clients and various service functions. We do not directly provide services that require specialized professional licenses we do not hold (e.g., we are not a bank, law firm, or government authority).

Third-Party Involvement: Depending on your requirement, specific professional services may be handled by qualified third-party providers or partners within our network.

Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation required for service delivery. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete data provided by you.

Compliance: You must ensure that your business activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions where you operate.

Service fees are communicated during the requirement discovery or consultation phase. All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule.

Timelines for service delivery are estimates and may vary based on third-party processes, government authorities, and the complexity of the requirement.

AdzDrio/Bandhu acts as a coordinator. We are not liable for the final decisions or outcomes of third-party providers, government agencies, banks, or payment gateways.

In no event shall AdzDrio be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms. Upon termination, you are responsible for paying for all services performed up to the date of termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the location where AdzDrio India Services is registered.
